LAHORE (Dunya News) – A sessions court in Lahore Wednesday granted extension in interim bails to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen and his son Ali Tareen till May 31 in two cases pertaining to money laundering.
Additional Sessions Judge Hamid Hussain conducted hearing as Jahanir Tareen and Ali Tareen appeared before the court. The judge inquired about the investigation progress.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officer told the court that the investigation is ongoing as the record is being inspected and submitted the inquiry report in the court. He told that heavy transactions were made and ninety percent the record has been acquired.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Khan Tareen Wednesday said his like-minded group is not a forward bloc while stressing that he is still a part of PTI.
Jahangir Tareen, along with his companions, talked to media outside the Lahore Judicial Complex and said Prime Minister Imran Khan is a just person. He said he will definitely get justice.
The PTI leader went on to say that he has submitted complete money trail to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). He complained that his like-minded group is being treated inappropriately by the Punjab government.

LAHORE: Pakistan s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested an Ahmadi minority man for deceitfully marrying a Muslim woman by concealing his faith and also uploading her objectionable pictures on social media.
FIA cybercrime wing Lahore had registered the FIR against Shahbaz Ashraf on a complaint of his wife, Hina Saeed, and arrested him last week. According to the FIA, the suspect contracted marriage with the complainant concealing his faith and fathered two children.

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s estranged leader Jahangir Khan Tareen on Monday denied having contacts with the opposition Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) or Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
The sugar mogul said he did not have any contact with any opposition party when he was asked about PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz’s claim that the Tareen group had been in contact with her party.
He was talking to the media outside the judicial complex after his appearance before a special court for banking offence and a sessions court for his pre-arrest bail in three FIRs registered by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in wake of the sugar scam inquiry report.
