Benito will be responsible for supporting Atlas Copco dealers and national accounts with aftermarket products and services and will be a liaison with Atlas Copco s customer service personnel. We are excited to have Andrew join the Northern Region team, said Robert Miltenberger, Regional VP of Atlas Copco Power Technique. He brings the right attitude and energy to successfully assist our channel partners in achieving high uptime in fleet and end-user equipment.

Atlas Copco Power Technique welcomes Erik Hill as the new inside sales support engineer and David Smith as the new regional sales manager for Chicago Pneumatic.

Hill initially joined the Rock Hill Product Company in October 2012, and in 2016, he was assigned to Compressor Technique under the Quincy Brand. This year, Hill was reassigned to his current position within Chicago Pneumatic, a multibrand of Atlas Copco Power Technique.

Swedish industrial manufacturer Atlas Copco on Monday announced it has acquired a majority share of Eco Steam and Heating Solutions (E.K.S. HOLDING B.V.), an industrial steam and hot water boiler company located in the Netherlands. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Eco Steam and Heating Solutions is based in Tilburg, in the Netherlands and has 23 employees. The company develops, rents, and sells customized industrial boiler assemblies tailored for plug and play installation. Eco Steam and Heating Solutions serves European customers, primarily in the general industry, such as food and beverage, chemical, steel, pharmaceuticals, and the energy sector.

STOCKHOLM, April 27 (Reuters) - Swedish engineering group Atlas Copco expects near-term demand to remain high after rising demand from chip makers helped it beat quarterly earnings and order forecasts.
Atlas, which makes compressors, vacuum pumps and industrial tools, said on Tuesday that the strong order growth was mainly due to higher demand for its vacuum equipment from the semiconductor industry.
A global shortage of semiconductors, which are used in everyday products ranging from cars to computers, has squeezed capacity and driven up the cost of components of nearly all microchips, increasing the prices of final products.
South Region
Neil Breedlove has been named the regional vice president, responsible for managing and leading regional sales managers and business development managers in the South Region and creating strategies to help maintain and grow revenue across all major Atlas Copco product lines. Breedlove was previously vice president business line manager of Oil Free Air for the U.S. market.
Eudes Defoe, a 30-year industry vet, has been named the new regional sales manager, responsible for supporting the equipment sales and marketing efforts of Atlas Copco’s channel partners, focusing on portable compressors, generators and light towers and dewatering pumps.
