Ahead of this weekend s first Flying Day of the year, IWM Duxford has announced the final six air displays of the season.
Tickets have gone on sale for the themed aerial display events at the historic Cambridgeshire airfield and a host of other events.
Flying days at Europe’s largest air museum this summer include events devoted to model aircraft and the Spitfire heroes of Squadron 19.

If you are looking for a free activity to do, then follow the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Walk.
It s a 20.20km circular walk around WGC to commemorate the town s centenary in 2020.

Celebrating Ebenezer Howard’s original vision of a marriage of town and country , the route can be accessed from many points across the garden city with spokes heading out into the beautiful countryside surrounding WGC.
The route takes in Mill Green, The Commons Nature Reserve, the site of the Panshanger Aerodrome, Tewin Bury, Digswell, Sherrardspark Wood, Brocket Hall and Lemsford.

IWM Duxford is set to reopen in May with a new series of themed Flying Day events also announced.
In line with the latest government guidance, the Imperial War Museums site in Cambridgeshire will fully reopen to the public from Wednesday, May 19.

Visitors will be welcomed back on site to experience all areas of the museum, including the hangars and indoor exhibitions.
Tickets have also been released today (Thursday) for the first three Flying Days, which will be taking place from May through to the autumn.
