Tonight’s Yucca Valley Town Council meeting will center on proposals to improve Little League Drive, an application for a state grant, and the approval of grant funds towards park improvement. Reporter Joshua King has more details… Tonight’s meeting will open with a release of requested proposals for engineering design services for the Little League Drive Pedestrian Improvement Project. Following, the Town Council will adopt a resolution authorizing the town manager to submit the Local Early Action Planning, or LEAP, grant to the state to assist with funding housing needs. Finally, the Town Council will approve the allocation of $127,260 in remaining Community Development Block Grant funding towards the Tri-Valley Little League.
