However, there are ways to de-stress naturally with exercise and relaxation techniques. A free virtual class on stress management will be held Thursday, April 1, 11 a.m. to noon. The program will be led by Christine Solimini-Swift, exercise physiologist with GoodLife Fitness at The Orchards at Southington.
