Getty Images A kind-hearted doctor from Arkansas has paid off $650,000 worth of debt from his cancer patients bills.  Dr. Omar Atiq founded The Arkansas Cancer Clinic in Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, operating for almost 30 years before being forced to close last March due to staff shortages.  Around 200 of his former patients received a greeting card before Christmas informing them of the news reported by ABC News.
