Well, a new report identifies which cities in the U.S. are doing their best at staying fit and which are failing. The 2021 American Fitness Index, released by the American College of Sports Medicine, is out, ranking the 100 largest cities on 34 different health metrics. Topping the list for a fourth straight year is Arlington, Virginia, which earned a personal health score of 86.1.%. In Arlington, almost 86% of residents report exercising in the last 30 days.
