HOUSTON A Houston couple claims their home suffered major water and mold damage due to the negligence of a plumbing and excavating company.
Carlton Palmer and Brenda Oliver Bagley filed a complaint March 8 in Harris County District Court against American Residential Services, ARS Intermediate Holdings LLC, Michael Palomo doing business as Palomo Services and Michael Palomo alleging breach of contract, breach of implied warranty of good and workmanlike manner, breach of implied warranty, violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and negligence.
According to the plaintiffs complaint, Carlton Palmer requested the plumbing services of ARS Rescue Rooter on March 9, 2019, after water overflowed from a toilet and had entered into the hallway and bedrooms of their home located on Ridgehaven Drive in Houston.
