Matsui, Hirono Reintroduce Bicameral Bill to Boost Gender Equity in Education, Support Title IX Posted On WASHINGTON – Rep. Doris Matsui (D-Sacramento) and Sen. Mazie K. Hirono (D-Hawaii) on June 23 reintroduced the bicameral Patsy T. Mink and Louise M.
