Recently, the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) released a free, digital toolkit to help veterinarians more effectively address end-of-life decisions involving cats. Austin is the latest city to ban cat declawing in another move against the cruel procedure. Cat declawing can be likened to having toes amputated. The city council approved the ordinance in March.
