Dillon Iwu as director of government affairs. Dillon previously was senior field representative for Rep. Karen Bass (D-Calif.).
Kimberly Ross will join the
American Council of Life Insurers as senior vice president of federal government relations, starting Dec. 21. Ross is chief of staff and chief counsel to Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio).
