(“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on May 10, 2021 its intent to amend its Holiday Schedule Product Guidelines to indicate that no event contracts will be listed in any week during which the Source Agency would release the expiration value on a Friday if the Exchange is closed on that day.
Pursuant to the 10-day filing period under Regulation 40.6(a)(3), this filing will become effective May 25, 2021.
