However, a hotel spokesperson told KHL reporter Aivis Kalnins that no such incident occurred. On Wednesday, Latvian authorities confirmed to Kalnins that no report was filed on the alleged Panarin assault, nor has there been a court case.  Can confirm via Latvian authorities that there hasn’t been a report filed on alleged Panarin assault nor has there ever been a court case as opposed to reports that there has been such case and that police were involved and on scene.
