LANSING, Mich. (AP) Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed legislation on Wednesday that makes it easier for veterans and their families who are licensed professionals to continue their careers when they move to the state.
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (AP) — A group of anonymous alumni has gifted $550 million to Western Michigan University. The school in Kalamazoo will receive the funding over 10 years. It will be divided among scholarships, investing in quality educators, advancing.
