The Anti-Corruption Commission says it has recorded a warn and caution Statement from former Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Administration Akakulubelwa Mulalelo. According to a statement issued to the media by ACC Public Relations Manager Timothy Moono, Ms Mulalelo appeared before the AAC for questioning today in Lusaka. Mr Moono disclosed that the Commission has been conducting investigations into alleged irregularities in the awarding of a tender to Honeybee Pharmaceuticals by the Ministry of Health.
