HC notice to Centre over jab to judges

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on the issue of declaring people associated with judicial functioning, including judges, court staff and lawyers as “front-line workers”.
A Bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Rekha Palli decided to convert a representation made by the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) for vaccination of the members of the judiciary, the employees/staff working in the courts, as well as the advocates on priority and without limitations of their age or physical condition.
