Every one of us is aware of the line ‘Failure is the pillar of success’ since our childhood days. This line holds a special narrative in the life journey of Jatin Kishore, an Indian Economic Service topper candidate who cracked UPSC Civil Services exam 2019 in his second attempt and secured AIR 2.
Jatin, a Delhi-based boy was good in his academics since his childhood days. His father Lalit Kishore works at the Revenue Department and his mother is a teacher. Jatin completed his graduation from St Stephen’s College, Delhi, and his post-graduation from Delhi School of Economics.

Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], December 19 (ANI): HS Meena, Additional Secretary, Department of Resources, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India on Friday chaired a meeting to discuss and review progress on Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme (DILRMP) and stressed upon the officers that all mechanism of digitalisation of land records shall be followed by as per the Centre s norms.
The meeting was also attended by Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Chief Executive Officer, Jammu and Kashmir Land Record Management Agency (JaKLaRMA) Shaleen Kabra.

Central team inspects watershed development projects in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, Dec 17: A central team today inspected watershed development projects-PMKSY under IWMP Scheme.
The team, comprising Additional Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India Hukum Singh Meena and DIG (WM), Department of Land Resources, Government of India Parveen Kumar Raghav, inspected the projects during an extensive tour of the district.
Chief Executive Officer, State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA), Nodal Officer for IWMP, Department of Rural Development, UT, J&K, Mohammad Rafi, Project Manager, IWMP, Udhampur Sapna Kotwal, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Viqar Giri and other officers/officials of concerned department accompanied the Additional Secretary.
