A tip from the U.S. department of homeland security has led the Greater Sudbury Police Service to charge a 30-year-old Chelmsford man with multiple child pornography offences.
Thirty-year-old Justin Philion of Chelmsford was arrested on Thursday and charged with 37 counts of accessing child pornography, as well as three counts of possessing child pornography.

The GSPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit, or ICE, was notified by Homeland Security that a person in Greater Sudbury was accessing and possessing child pornography online, and had been doing so for several years, the local police service said in a release.
