The Azerbaijani side handed over in the morning today to the Armenian side the Armenian contract serviceman Artur Katanyan. The serviceman appeared in the territory under Azerbaijan s control on June 8 after disorienting in the territory due to the fog. Ministry of Defense of Armenia reported that the serviceman has been returned to the Armenian side and is now in Stepanakert.
