DUBAI, 3 hours, 24 minutes ago Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, launched the National Behavioural Reward Programme at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.
