President Buhari approves deployment of nine Perm Secs The deployment of the officials is with immediate effect. President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the deployment of nine Permanent Secretaries to other federal ministries. Folasade Yemi-Esan, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HOCSF), disclosed this in a circular on Tuesday in Abuja. A statement signed by AbdulGaniyu Aminu, Director Press and Public Relations, Office of the HOCSF, said the circular dated August 3 was with reference HCSF/CMO/AOD/012/IX/59. Mrs Yemi-Esan said that the deployed Permanent Secretaries are: Bitrus Nabasu, from Ministry of Petroleum Resource to Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy; Evelyn Ngige, office of the HOCSF to the Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment.

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the deployment of nine Permanent Secretaries to other Federal Ministries. Nine permanent secretaries have been redeployed by President Muhammadu Buhari. A circular yesterday in Abuja from the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, listed the affected to include Bitrus Bako Nabasu, who moves from the Ministry of Petroleum Resources to Communication and Digital Economy, while Dr. Evelyn Ngige leaves the Service Welfare Office to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and Mamman Mahmuda holds sway as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health from the Career Management Office. x Others are Dr. Nasir Gwarzo from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and investment to Petroleum Resources and Dr. Anthonia Akoabio Ekpa of the Ministry of Women Affairs to Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs.
