Ekiti to expend N24m on empowerment of 260 multiple births mothers On By Rotimi Ojomoyela, Ado-Ekiti No fewer than 260 multiple birth mothers are expected to be empowered by the Ekiti State government with a sum of N24 million. This is just as the Wife of Ekiti State Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi, stressed the need for robust family planning practice in the state to reduce maternal and child mortality rate . Mrs Fayemi spoke on Monday in Ado-Ekiti during the commencement of the first phase of disbursement of cash and food items to mothers of multiple babies in the state. ALSO READ:
