   Vietnamese public security gives presents to Lao residents on Bunpimay Festival Vietnam’s Dien Bien Provincial Public Security has recently given presents to the public security forces in 6 Lao northern provinces on the occasion of the Bunpimay traditional festival and the 60th anniversary of the Lao public security forces (April 5).
