Hundreds of farmers have been protesting at border points in Delhi against Centre s farm laws since the last three months.
The suspension of internet services at the borders and their respective adjoining areas was imposed at 11 pm on January 29 and was initially effective till 11 pm on January 31.

AAA BJP Puducherry unit vice president T. Vikraman has been appointed as nominated legislator by the Centre to fill the vacancy created by the death of K.G. Shankar.
In a notification issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday, Govind Mohan, Additional Secretary to Government of India, said the Central government has decided to nominate T. Vikraman as member of the Legislative Assembly.
The Centre had made the appointment under section (3) of section 3 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963, the notification said.
With the appointment, the strength of the Legislative Assembly has reached 30.
The disqualification of a Congress legislator, death of a nominated legislator and resignation of two legislators, had earlier brought down the strength of the Assembly from 33, including three nominated, to 29.
Vacancy was created by the death of K. G. Shankar
BJP’s Puducherry unit vice- president T. Vikraman has been appointed nominated legislator by the Centre to fill the vacancy created by the death of K.G. Shankar.

Kathmandu [Nepal], January 29 (ANI): Nepal has re-opened its border with India after keeping it closed for months due to COVID-19 pandemic but the Indians will need permission to cross the border via land, according to the Nepal Home Ministry.
The Ministry of Home Affairs on Friday eased the restriction allowing the cross border movement with conditions. We have ordered to open borders from Thursday following some new measures. Indian and other nationals would require to take a prior permit from the Home Ministry while a Nepali can enter by registering their health details, Chandra Bahadur Budha, Spokesperson for the Home Ministry confirmed to ANI.
