Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy participated in Prime Minister Narendra Modi s video conference to lay foundation stone for six light house projects under GHTC (Global Housing Technology Challenge) -India and distribution of PMAY- urban and ASHA - India awards virtually here on Friday.
Andhra Pradesh has secured third in the ‘Best Performing State’ category in the annual awards. The State has received awards in project monitoring tools’ and ‘innovative construction technology’ under the ‘special award’ category and also Visakhapatnam has received an award under the ‘best performing municipal corporation’ category. The Chief Minister received the Awards from the Prime Minister virtually.

Amaravati, Jan 1 : Andhra Pradesh has emerged as one of the top performing states under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY -Urban).

Jagan Mohan Reddy received the award via video conference at his camp office here. Extending warm greetings to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other officials on the occasion of New Year, Reddy stated that Andhra Pradesh has taken the lead in the country in implementation of PMAY (Urban).

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy stated that the government will complete construction of houses by 2022 and provide houses to all eligible persons without fail. He made the remarks after Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented the annual PMAY (Urban), Asha India awards during a video conference to lay the foundation stone for six lighthouse projects under GHTC (Global Housing Technology Challenge) -India and distribution of PMAY- urban and ASHA - India awards virtually here on Friday in which Reddy and other Chief Ministers participated.

New Delhi, Dec 29 : Hemisphere Properties, the company demerged with the surplus land of VSNL (now Tata Communications Ltd), has announced that the value of its land parcels which can be monetised is to the tune of Rs 19,000 crore based on current circle rate prices.
At its annual general meeting held on Tuesday, the company announced that it has conducted a survey and the land parcels that can be monetised stands at Rs 19,000 crore.
