The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed domestic violence charges of second-degree murder and homicide by abuse against Felicia Louise Adams, 52, and her husband, Jesse Costillo Franks, 56. An affidavit of probable cause in support of the charges states the couple’s whereabouts are unknown. Their previous residence in the Mountain View neighborhood of east Vancouver is vacant. Four Clark County residents hurt in single-vehicle crash in Cowlitz County SUV goes off road after driver suffers medical emergency, State Patrol says Published: May 24, 2021, 6:21am Share: A Vancouver man and three La Center residents were injured Sunday in a single-car crash off Interstate 5 in Cowlitz County, according to the Washington State Patrol. The crash occurred at 5:34 p.m. when Jordan J. Green, 33, began to have a medical emergency while driving his 2018 GMC Yukon south on Interstate 5 at Exit 46, according to a State Patrol bulletin. The bulletin said Green’s SUV passed through a stop sign at the top of the ramp and onto the southbound onramp to Interstate 5 before going off the right side of the road and rolling several times before going airborne and landing upside-down on a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup and 1984 Hale horse trailer parked at 4930 Pleasant Hill Road.

It also was held to honor caregivers during National Hospital and Healthcare Workers Week, in order to “acknowledge the extraordinary sacrifices they have made caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.” The display lit up a garden path along the hospital’s Firstenburg Tower.
