Work to improve lighting at New Road Car Park in Bromsgrove will be starting next week. WORK to improve lighting at New Road Car Park in Bromsgrove will be starting next week. From June 9, Bromsgrove District Council’s contractors, Prysmian Cables and Systems Limited, will be onsite to replace the current lighting with new LED lighting. The new LED lights should mean improved lighting levels as well as a reduction in the council’s carbon footprint and energy bills for the car park. LED lights last much longer than traditional forms of lighting and so should mean less maintenance work is required.
