Ambuja Cements Limited renews TKH agreement with Holcim Posted On: 2020-12-23 05:05:05 (Time Zone: Arizona, USA) The Board of Directors of Ambuja Cements Limited ( the Company ) at its meeting held today, i.e. December 23, 2020, has approved the renewal of the current Technology and Know-How Agreement ( TKH Agreement ) with Holcim Technology Limited (HTL) pursuant to which the Company pays TKH fees@ 1 % of net sales each year, to HTL, for a period of 2 years w.e.f. January 01, 2021 on the same terms as the present TKH Agreement. Shares of AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.237.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 237.8.
