COX’S BAZAR, BANGLADESH (BosNewsLife)– Persecuted Christian families “lost everything” when a fire raged through a refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar city in southeastern Bangladesh, killing at least 15 people, Christian aid workers say. The devastating March 22 blaze affected five sections of the world’s biggest refugee settlement, forcing 45,000 people from their bamboo and plastic homes, BosNewsLife learned. Besides those killed, at least hundreds of people were reportedly injured, and tens of thousands are homeless, Christian aid workers explained.
