Coronavirus morning headlines as Wales Covid Vaccination Plan to be published Cathy Owen
The Welsh Government will set out when people will be offered a vaccine when it publishes its Covid Vaccination Plan on Monday, January 11.
The plan is expected to describe how all eligible adults will be vaccinated in the biggest programme of its kind, as Wales faces criticism for the speed of its roll-out.
From Monday, daily vaccination figures for Wales will be published after it was revealed that 70,000 people had received their first dose of the Covid vaccine by the end of last week.
There have been around 275,000 doses available in Wales, meaning approximately 1.6% of people were vaccinated up to January 3 - fewer than all other UK nations.
Health unions are urging the public to follow the lead of several celebrities and get behind their campaign for fair pay for nurses and other NHS staff.
