Liberty Place is a premium grade office and retail precinct located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, with dual frontages to Pitt Street and Castlereagh Street. Designed by reputed architecture studio FJMT, Liberty Place was honoured at the 2015 International Architecture Awards by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, in collaboration with the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The International Architecture Awards recognise excellence in architecture and urbanism from a global perspective, looking towards the future for design aesthetics. Liberty Place comprises of three very different architectural forms: The first is the ANZ Tower, a 42-level premium grade office tower that stands out on the Sydney skyline with its distinctive glass walls. Next is 167 Castlereagh Street, a boutique 3-level commercial building featuring interesting curves and ProdEX exterior cladding panels in a vibrant Pale colour.
