Darien Library Presents History Close to Home with Author and Historian, Ken Reiss Written by Amanda Goodman
Darien Library and the Museum of Darien welcome historian Ken Reiss to share the exciting history of Darien. He will present how the town sought its independence, the forces blocking its path, and the hero who persisted to give the town its name.
Discover what life was like 200 years ago in “History Close to Home with Ken Reiss,” a Museum of Darien Historian and the author of Darien, 1820: New Town, New Times.
This event will take place virtually on Tuesday, April 15 at 7 p.m. Register on Darien Library’s website at darienlibrary.org/event/4917.
