12 Actually Fun Things to Do in Boston This Weekend Thrillist 13 hrs ago © SoWa Boston
This is pretty much our favorite weekend in June. Why? There are no Father’s Day mobs, the graduation groups have come and gone, and the tourists (because yes, we expect those this year) have yet to descend. So how to enjoy the calm before the storm? Well, Pride events, for one they’re coming in fast and furious, even if there’s no parade this year (the other reason we usually love this weekend). There’s also some al fresco comedy to be had and a little 10-year anniversary to celebrate with cocktails and more cocktails. Plus, the first-ever Roxbury Restaurant Week kicks off this Sunday. Meanwhile, we suggest you check out all the latest and greatest restaurants in town, crazy patio scenes and all (hint: make reservations!). Here is everything you absolutely must do in Boston this weekend.
