GREENVILLE, S.C., June 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Drew Spahn s Crosswing concept took the top spot in the Movin On Challenge Design s 2021 global competition. The New Jersey design student created the concept to address the theme, RESPECT: Ending Isolation and Conquering the Mobility Divide.
The 2021 Movin On Challenge Design brought inclusive mobility ideas from around the world.
Rolls-Royce has appointed Anders Warming as Director of Design. The 48-year old Danish, who graduated in Major Transport Design at the ArtCenter College of Design, Vevey, Switzerland and Pasadena, USA, will join the company on July 1.
With almost 20 years in senior positions at different companies, including the Head of Design at MINI and Exterior Chief Designer at BMW, Warming has also worked for Borgward and Volkswagen.
In the past, he contributed to the exterior design of the third generation MINIs, as well as the second generation X3 and the 5-Series, 6-Series and Z4. He also worked under Chris Bangle when he ran the BMW Design Division.
