Malaysia extends CMCO in Selangor, KL, Johor, Penang and Kelantan till 31 March 2021 Details Published: 17 March 2021 Meanwhile, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Perak will move from the CMCO to a Recovery MCO (RMCO) for the same period; and the RMCO in Putrajaya, Melaka, Pahang and more will be extended till 31 March.  Malaysia has extended the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO/PKPB) in Selangor, KL, Johor, Penang and Kelantan by two weeks, starting from 19 March (Friday) till 31 March 2021 (Wednesday).  Senior Minister (Security Cluster), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said: Selangor still remains under CMCO because most of the localities are still classified as red zones… all districts in Kuala Lumpur are also still red zones with an average 103 cases reported every day.
