Oppo shares ColorOS 11 update roadmap and eligible devices
Oppo sent out a press release giving us more insight on its ColorOS 11 update status and also kickstarting a wider distribution of the software based on Android 11. It s important to note that the press release talks about the Indian market, but it s safe to assume that the global models will follow a similar update schedule.
Oppo Find X3 Pro and X2 Pro
As of now, the Find X2, F17 Pro, Reno4 Pro, Reno3 Pro, Reno10x Zoom, Reno2 F, Reno2 Z, Reno2, A52, F11, F11 Pro, F11 Pro Marvels Avengers Limited Edition, A9, and F15 have started receiving the stable version of ColorOS 11 and in two days from now, on May 26, the Oppo A5 2020 and A9 2020 would join the party too. However, the 3GB RAM variants of the two handsets are not eligible for the update.

Now that Android 11 is stable and most OEMs have tailored Google’s next OS for modern devices, we are seeing a flood of devices being updated to the operating system environment. OPPO is one manufacturer that values its users when it comes to prompt OTA updates. The ColorOS 11 custom skin was out there for geeks to test with the stable version currently only the luxury of select premium devices in the portfolio including Find X2 series, F17 Pro and Reno 4 series.
That is going to change in the coming weeks as OPPO has announced the schedule for the ColorOS 11 update rollout for more devices in Indonesia, Thailand, India, the Philippines, and Australia. According to the official update calendar, the next batch of smartphones receiving the update as we speak include Reno4 Z 5G, F11 series, F11 Pro Marvels Avengers Limited Edition (in India and Indonesia).

Oppo has unveiled its rollout plan for the month of January for its ColorOS 11 software based on Android 11. The chinese OEM announced the same through a tweet and a community post.
Oppo has revealed the name of those devices that are currently receiving the software and those devices that will receive it in January, be it beta or stable. The stable version of ColorOS 11 will be rolled out in a phased manner which means not everyone will get it at the same time.
