Washington [US], January 20 (ANI): Kamala Harris, who will take oath on Wednesday as the first woman, the first Indian-American and the first African-American US Vice President, has broken many glass ceilings in her career.
Kamala D. Harris is the Vice President of the United States of America. She was elected Vice President after a lifetime of public service, having been elected District Attorney of San Francisco, California Attorney General, and United States Senator.
Vice President Harris was born in Oakland, California to parents who emigrated from India and Jamaica. She graduated from Howard University and the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Search continues for missing Oroville teen last seen in Oakland
The Butte County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is actively looking for Tatiana Dugger, age 18, of Los Angeles.
Authorities are searching for a missing Oroville teen last seen in Oakland on Saturday, Jan. 9.

OROVILLE, Calif. - Authorities are still searching for Tatiana Dugger who last seen in Oakland on Jan. 9.
The Butte County Sheriff s Office said their detectives determined Tatiana Dugger moved from Butte County to Los Angeles three months ago.
Investigators told Action News Now that they are working with Bay Area law enforcement to find Tatiana Dugger. The 18-year-old graduate from Las Plumas High School was last seen in East Oakland.
