Two different nonpartisan ethics groups, the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) and the Campaign Legal Center both called on the Office of Congressional Ethics to launch a probe into Malinowski, Business Insider reported. The congressman is said to have failed to disclose $671,000 in stock trades.  “When members of Congress trade individual stocks and fail to disclose those trades, they break the law and diminish the public’s trust in government,” Campaign Legal Center lawyers Kedric Payne and Delaney Marsco wrote to the Office of Congressional Ethics. “Rep.
