Shreveporter among three arrested for child pornography Staff Reports Editor s Note: Charges against Evan Melancon were dropped in 2017 by the Attorney General s Office.  A Shreveport man is among three men arrested on charges of child pornography Friday afternoon according to a release from Attorney General Jeff Landry.  “Those who exploit our children will be brought to justice,” Landry said. “My office will continue to pursue and arrest child predators. David Hall, 67 of Shreveport, was arrested on two counts of possession of pornography Involving juveniles and one count of pornography Involving juveniles.
