OSCE Survey on National Minorities and Human Trafficking 10 Feb 2021 The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and OSCE Office of the Special Representative and Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings (OSR/CTHB) are developing policy recommendations and guidance in relation to national minorities and human trafficking, based on data collected through surveys of survivors of trafficking and civil society organizations to ensure the implementation of a human rights-based, gender-sensitive and victim-centered approach. The OSCE participating States have identified discrimination based on race and ethnicity among the root causes of human trafficking and addressing all forms of discrimination against minorities is therefore essential.
