Ombudsman: Azerbaijani servicemen stole 8 cows and 1 bull belonging to 3 families in Armenia’s Syunik Azerbaijani servicemen stole 8 cows and 1 bull belonging to 3 families from the villages of Davit Bek and Chakaten in the Kapan community of  Armenia s Syunik Province, Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Arman Tatoyan said in a statement on Tuesday. In particular, the Ombudsman’s Office found out based on the alarms on 3 August that on July 26, 4 cows belonging to two families of the village were taken to pasture in the administrative territory of Chakaten village of Kapan, right on the pasture about 1 km away from the village. While grazing, the animals reached a pasture called Yurder in the administrative area of the village and approached the area under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces.
