Prime Minister, Andrew Holness, addressing a virtual ceremony held at Jamaica House on Thursday, December 17, 2020, for the signing of a contract between the Government, through the National Water Commission (NWC), and global water utility company Miya Water Jamaica to undertake the five-year US$13-million Portmore Co-management Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Programme.
