Everald Warmington The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is said to be securing funds for the $290 million Caymanas Estate Water Project to significantly improve supply of the commodity in the area. In raising the matter duing his contribution to the 2021-2022 Sectoral Debate in the House of Representatives on May 5, Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation, Everald Warmington, said four new wells are to be constructed, while another four are to be rehabilitated. “The project will satisfy 100 per cent of the UDC’s planned residential and industrial demand, and 62 per cent of the irrigation demand, thereby meeting the existing and future developmental needs,” said Warmington.
