Illegal Alien Run Over and Killed by Border Patrol Vehicle
KINGSVILLE, TX – On April 29, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., two illegal aliens were run over by a Border Patrol vehicle in Kenedy County near Kingsville, TX. One illegal alien, a male Honduran national, died on the scene as a result of his injuries. Another illegal alien was transferred to a hospital in Harlingen via air ambulance and was discharged later in the day after medical personnel determined he did not suffer any serious injuries.
At the time of the incident, Border Patrol Agents were patrolling an area known for smuggling activity when they observed fresh footprints believed to belong to illegal aliens passing through the area. Agents on foot and in vehicles continued to search the area which was covered with extremely thick and tall grass interspersed with groves of taller vegetation.

A migrant died while another sustained injuries after a border patrol vehicle struck them at the Texas border, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported.
The migrants were ran over at around one in the afternoon on April 29 in King Ranch near Kingsville, Texas.

The said migrants who were struck by the vehicle were burrowed in the tall grasses in the area. CBP noted that the migrant who died was a male Honduran.
Meanwhile, details regarding the identity of the other injured migrant were not yet released by the authorities.
DOJ Prosecutor Michael Sherwin Will Avoid Disciplinary Action For 60 Minutes Interview

The Justice Department opened an investigation into Sherwin after he suggested during the interview that some of the rioters could face rarely used sedition charges. He had been made the top prosecutor in Washington by the former U.S. Attorney General William Barr leading up to his 60 Minutes appearance.
Sherwin first mentioned seditious conspiracy charges, for which there is a 20-year maximum prison penalty, in January. His superiors at the Justice Department had told Sherwin not to speak to reporters about the investigation, according to the
