TRAGIC: Mohamud Mohammed Hassan was just 24 when he died on January 9
FIFTY TWO police officers came into contact with Mohamud Hassan during the short time he spent in police custody, according to the Independent Office for Police Complaints (IOPC).
The information was shared by Senior Independent investigator Ian Andrews during a Community Reference Group meeting that took place on February 2.
According to Lee Jasper, 17 individuals and organisations were invited to the meeting but only four attended including lawyer Hilary Brown from Virgo Consultancy who is representing the family.
