A 43-year-old man from South Jersey has been arrested for sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman multiple times for eight years, authorities said.
The alleged sexual abuse by the Hammonton resident began when the girl was 11, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.
Dan Bocelle was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and five additional sexual assault-related charges, Tyner said.
Atlantic County SWAT members helped take the suspect into custody at about 3:30 p.m. on Monday as he pulled into his driveway, Tyner said.
Warranted searches of Bocelle’s house, place of business and vehicle yielded multiple cell phones, electronic devices, steroids and a large amount of cash, Tyner said.

A Jersey City pastor was sentenced to 15 years in New Jersey State Prison for the sexual assault of two different girls he taught at the church he worked at, authorities said.
Josue Rodriguez, 62, was a pastor and taught religion to children at Temple Refugio, a church at 322 3rd St. in Jersey City, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Rodriguez taught both victims at the church, one of whom was between ages 6 and 9, and the other between 8 and 15, the prosecutor said.
One of the victim s moms reported the alleged crime that happened at the church to Jersey City police on April 30, according to Suarez.

On Thursday, January 21st, Hudson County Superior Court Judge John A. Young sentenced Josue Rodriguez, 62, of Jersey City, to 15 years in New Jersey state prison on two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault of two different juvenile victims.
The 15-year sentence is to be served with 15 years of parole ineligibility on a Jessica Lunsford Act count to run concurrent to a 15 year sentence with 85 percent parole ineligibility pursuant to the No Early Release Act.
Rodriguez will also be subject to Megan’s Law and Parole Supervision for Life.

On Jan. 21, Judge John Young sentenced Jersey City Pastor Josue Rodriguez, 62, to 15 years in New Jersey state prison on two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault of two different children.
According to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, Rodriguez sexually abused one victim between the ages of six and nine and a second victim between the ages of eight and 15.
Rodriguez was a pastor and taught religion to children at Temple Refugio; he taught both victims.
On April 30, 2019, shortly after 5 p.m., members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested Rodriguez in the area of Communipaw Avenue and Bergen Avenue in Jersey City in connection with alleged sexual crimes that occurred at Templo Refugio at 322 3rd Street in downtown Jersey City.

25-year-old Nathaniel Murry Smoot of Cranfill Road in Harmony was arrested last Saturday (January 16) by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with six counts of felony statutory sex offense and four counts of felony statutory rape.
According to information released today (January 21), on November 9, 2020, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a school counselor at North Iredell High School in reference to a sexual assault. According to the report, a student disclosed to the counselor, they had been sexually assaulted by an acquaintance. The case was assigned to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit.
