Tennessee Woman Charged With Vehicle Theft In Alexander County

29-year-old Carla Elizabeth Miller of Greeneville, Tennessee, was arrested Friday (March 5) by Tayorsville Police Officers. She was charged with felony counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and common law robbery. Following the arrest, Miller was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $20,000 secured bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (March 8). A District Court date was scheduled today.

Michael Justin Childers, 32, in December 2020, after a hidden camera was found in a faculty bathroom at Wittenburg Elementary School, where he worked as a janitor.
During the investigation, authorities found thousands of videos taken between 2016-2019 when Childers worked at a Walmart in Taylorsville. While some of the videos included children as young as ten-years-old, none of them were recorded at the school. We re still looking into how he was doing it, but he was definitely getting some kind of device close enough underneath the woman and children s skirts to show underneath the skirt, Taylorsville Police Chief
