MOSCOW, May 21 (Reuters) - Elon Musk said on Friday that Tesla was close to establishing a presence in Russia and was looking at whether it could open factories there.
Addressing an event in Russia via video link, Tesla boss Musk said the company already had production sites in China and the United States, but was looking at opening production facilities in other parts of the world. (Reporting by Alexander Marrow Editing by Andrew Osborn)

Russia’s Lukoil says oil market is on path to recovery
The oil market is on the path to recovery and demand and supply are balanced, Leonid Fedun, a major shareholder and vice president of Russia’s No. 2 oil producer Lukoil, said on Tuesday.
Fedun on Monday said the OPEC+ deal aimed at balancing oil markets had a long-term horizon.

MOSCOW, April 22 (Reuters) - Russia s biggest bank hopes shoppers will sign up for a facial recognition service that will let them pay for their groceries with just a glance.
Sberbank is partnering with supermarket chain Magnit and plans to connect 100 stores in Moscow and Krasnodar to the service by June, the two companies said on Thursday. A pilot program is already running in ten shops.
As banking margins shrink, Russia s largest lender is expanding in areas ranging from food delivery and taxi services to cloud computing and cyber security.
