New York man drinks too much tequila, mistakes counterterrorism center for hotel

A New York man allegedly drank too much tequila then hopped a fence and tried to book a room at the National Counterterrorism Center, only to discover it is not a hotel, according to court documents.  Jatinder Singh was charged with trespassing after CIA security officers found him on the Virginia property around 5 a.m. on March 14.  After Singh allegedly climbed a security fence to enter the facility, he told officers that he had consumed Tequila that evening and was only there seeking a meal and a place to stay, according to an arrest affidavit.

A man has been arrested for allegedly scaling a security fence and entering National Counterterrorism Center headquarters in Virginia after mistaking it for a hotel following a night of drinking tequila.  Jatinder Singh, 28, was reportedly caught on government property in McLean, Virginia, in the early hours of March 14.   According to a probable cause statement first obtained by an NBC4 Washington investigative reporter, at around 5am police officers at 1500 Tysons McLean Drive encountered Singh, who had entered the building by climbing a security fence. Jatinder Singh, 28, is suspected of climbing a fence and entering the National Counterterrorism Center in Virginia while drunk on tequila

A federal judge on Friday questioned the self-described QAnon Shaman and his lawyer following his appearance this week on 60 Minutes+, pressing them about whether they went through the necessary channels to set up an interview.
