Umm Mus’ab Hajjaj, the wife of a Hamas “martyr” and mother of Mus’ab Hajjaj, a commander in the Al-Qassam Brigades, who was killed during the recent fighting with Israel, congratulated him on his “martyrdom” at a rally held in Khan Yunis, Gaza. At the rally, which was aired on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) on May 27, 2021, Hajjaj said that she had yearned for her son to become a martyr. She went on to say that the time has come to hold the Jews to account, to paralyze their hands, rip out their hearts, and gouge out their eyes. Hajjaj continued to wish that Hamas weapons, Ababil and Shehab drones, Kornet ATMs, Ayyash rockets, SAM missiles, Al-Ghoul sniper rifles, and Al-Attar missiles are used against them.
Hamas political bureau member Fathi Hammad said that the Jews are a treacherous people, and there can be no peace with them. He made his remarks during a celebration in northern Gaza in honor of the faction’s members “martyred” during recent fighting, which was aired on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) on May 30, 2021. Hammad said that the only thing Hamas has for the Jews and Zionists are the sword and the Ayyash 250 rockets, while making a throat-slitting motion. He then led the crowd in a chant: “Put the sword against the sword, we are Muhammad Deif’s men.”
